Our Team of Experts is Leading the Way

At the helm of CLG-TS is Josh Cale, Vice President of Brokerage & Transportation. With more than 14 years of experience in logistics and transportation, Josh specializes in operational excellence, strategic sales, and scalable business growth. His leadership philosophy centers on building high-performing teams, fostering customer satisfaction, and driving innovation.

Recently, Josh led a complex project in partnership with CLG that involved moving over 200 containers, including specialized cargo up to 15 feet high, through drayage, transloading, and over-the-road transportation. His ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and execute with precision reflects the expertise CLG-TS brings to every customer relationship.

Joining CLG-TS in June 2025, Brandon Allen leads our Carrier Sales & Operations, managing all carrier and vendor relationships while overseeing freight from start to finish. With 9 years of experience in 3PL, Sales, and Supply Chain Management, Brandon brings both passion and precision to the team.

Brandon lives by the “Golden Rule” in customer service: treat others the way you’d want to be treated. This mindset shapes his approach to every project, including his current work managing inbound freight for the construction of the Hankook Tire plant in Tennessee, as well as multiple initiatives supplying raw materials to keep our customers’ operations running efficiently.

Most recently joining the team in August 2025 is Jonathan Worthington. Jonathan brings over a decade of sales experience to the team, including seven years in logistics. His career began in some of the toughest sales environments, where he developed the ability to connect with people and deliver real value.

Jonathan’s expertise lies in building long-term customer relationships, negotiating effectively, and ensuring shipments are managed with trust and reliability. His philosophy is clear: he’s not just moving freight, but he’s also creating partnerships. Since joining CLG-TS, Jonathan has been focused on turning first-time shipments into ongoing relationships that grow our brokerage and deliver measurable results for customers.
