To support manufacturing growth, the customer needed to relocate its aftermarket parts distribution operation and repurpose valuable facility space for production. Designated Packaging & Fullfillment
The CLG Solution
CLG manages the daily flow of aftermarket parts through a designated packaging and fulfillment operation area. Leveraging its dedicated Packaging & Crating division, CLG developed a customized solution to consolidate costs and function as an extension of the customer's supply chain.
Upon arrival, parts are received, verified, sorted, and prepared for shipment according to established procedures. Products are preservation packaged using protective materials and dunnage, then staged for parcel or freight transportation based on shipment requirements.
The operation is supported by standardized workstation layouts, inventory replenishment processes, visual management systems, and routine audits that help ensure long-term efficiency and consistency.
